Sipsmith London Dry Gin VJOP 57.7% Alcohol – 700ml

Produced in the workshop previously used by the late, great Michael Jackson (whisky writer, not Moonwalker), this super-small-batch artisinal Gin is flavoured with restraint, making it easier for the natural quality of the spirit to shine through. Nose: Orange sherbet, rounded juniper warmth, fragrant grassy herbs. Palate: Juniper builds on the palate, with subtly spicy flashes throughout, mellowed by creamy citrus. Finish: Well-balanced on the finish, with drying juniper and tangy lemon.
