Nginious! Smoked & Salted Gin 42% Alcohol – 500ml

Gin have created a Smoked & Salted variation of their excellent Swiss gin. Nose: Cracked black pepper, peanut and smoked monkfish with hints of orange and coriander. Palate: A little more juniper, pine and oak, lip-smackingly salted, mostly savoury but with touches of salted caramel. Finish: Salty, briny juniper and mixed peels.
