Soft, balanced structure, sweet fruity sensations flavored with peppery spices, licorice, cinnamon. This Super Tuscan wine pairs perfectly with cured meats and cheese platters, especially aged and semi-aged sheep cheeses. Very interesting with dishes based on mushrooms-based dishes and small game sauces.
