Nginious! Vermouth Cask Finished Gin 43% Alcohol – 500ml

This is a rather interesting cask aged gin from the nginious! range, produced in Switzerland. Nose: Maple syrup, dried basil, fennel and lemon. Palate: Dried summer berries, mint leaf, a pinch of cinnamon. Juniper earthiness is constant throughout. Finish: Fizzy oak spices, with a touch of raspberry in support.
