Martin Miller’s gin is distilled in pot stills and shipped to Iceland, where it is mixed with Icelandic spring water. Nose: Citrus leads the nose, soon joined by spicy hints of coriander and cinnamon. Palate: Juniper picks up on the palate, fresh and lively. Orange notes continue, not quite as pronounced. Mouth-filling and creamy. Finish: Cinnamon returns for the long, warming finish.
