NOSE : Fairly light but oily, with dry oak, honey, and gently stony smoke. PALATE : Fuller bodied than the nose suggests, moving from sweet smoke and floral honey to cracked stone, tar, and old bonfires. FINISH : Medium length, with soft smoke, woody spice, and charred oak.
