The vineyards of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune cover about 800 hectares spread over 30 communes.
The wine has a pale gold color. It reveals aromas of citrus fruits, candied fruits and floral notes. On the palate, it is rich and powerful, with subtle woody and mineral touches typical of its partial maturation in barrel. The finish has a nice acidity and vivacity.
