Over twenty years we have learnt exactly which vineyard rows produce the finest grapes, and these are hand picked for the Palladian wines from our single vineyard site. Minimal interventionist winemaking – gentle movement of fruit with the added assistance of time in larger puncheon barrels. The resulting wines are thoughful, persuasive and aspirational with only a very limited quantity of 3 barrels made.
