Clément Cuvee 1931 Celebrating 84 Years Old of St. Lucia Rhum 46% Alcohol – 700ml

These rums are matured in bourbon barrels for between 6 and 12 years. On the nose, there are sweet and fruity aromas, banana, orange and red grapes. There is a real sugar cane freshness brought by the agricole, and notes of spicy oak tie the whole profile together. To taste, the rum is dry with flavours of oak and toasted spices, though vanilla notes brings some sweetness to balance things out.
