Balthasar Ress’s vineyards are spread throughout the Rheingau, from Erbach to Rüdesheim. Many of these vineyards have been family-owned for generations, contributing to the estate’s VDP GUTSWEINE status. This wine is off-dy, residual sugar at just 12.7g/L

In the glass, it displays a clear, pale yellow hue. The aroma is characterised by fruity and fresh notes of quince, yellow apple, and fresh hay, inviting anticipation for the first sip. On the palate, the wine continues its light and summery character, featuring exotic flavors of passion fruit complemented by refreshing citrus nuances like pomelo, grapefruit, and a hint of lemon zest.
