Velenosi Ludi Offida Rosso DOCG

Grown on estate-owned vineyards located in the municipalities of Offida and Castel di Lama at elevations of 200m above sea level. The vines have an average age of 45 years old and the soil is clay and limestone. The area is characterized as a “sun-drenched region” with a warm climate, which allows the grapes to reach high levels of ripeness.

Intense ruby ​​red, tending toward garnet with aging. The aromas are deep and persistent: aromas of plum fruit, blackberry, blackcurrant, and cherry, along with notes of licorice and graphite. Light balsamic hints complete the aromatic profile of great complexity. In the mouth, elegant with great progression on the palate, with a firm and decisive character marked by very fine, soft, and rounded tannins. It produces a long finish with great persistence.
