Siderit Ginger Lime Gin

Siderit Gingerlime is a Citric Gin produced in Cantabria from rye alcohol. His principal characteristic is the citric character due to a double maceration and a triple distillation through a unique glass still of own design with fractional distillation columns that eliminates foreign flavors and odors. Every distillation in these equipments of own design is equivalent to five distillations of a traditional alembic.

Lime and Ginger are original from Asia and represent the Yin and Yang philosophy, the opposite and complementary forces of nature that combined reach the perfect balance.
