Lucien Crochet Les Calcaires Sancerre Blanc

Les Calcaires is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, an elegant wine, followed by aromas of white flowers, white fruits, with a long mineral finish. Great depth and texture. Fermentation is done in stainless steel. As with all the whites at this Domaine, the wine sits in contact with the fine lees for a considerable period of time with the racking being done late in the spring following harvest.
