Aromas of blackberries, warm spices, rose petals and sweet soil tones introduce Rottiers’s 2020 Moulin-à-Vent Les Thorins, a medium to full-bodied, seamless and complete wine that’s deep and layered. Its concentrated core of fruit is framed by powdery tannins and lively acids. Concluding with a saline finish, it’s a terrific rendition of this cuvée.
