Lamblin Fils is one of the oldest Domaine in the Chablis region and has been under family control for over 300 years now; the first traces of this family on this terroir date back to 1690. Today, it is run by Didier Lamblin and his brother Michel, with the new generation Clement and Michel also involved ensuring family succession.
The terroir on which the vines grow come from the Jurassic era; from the Kimmeridgian some 150 million years ago. There is thus a deposit of tiny oysters deposits in the rocks, remnants of the warm and shallow seas that covered Burgundy at the time.
Elegant, generous & ample. A particularly flattering floral bouquet. Elegant aromas of fresh fruits nuanced by a fine minerality, characteristic of the Chablis terroir.
