Delord Armagnac VSOP

Glossy, burnished copper colour. The plump bouquet offers notes of toffee apple, date, liquorice allsorts, vanilla and cocoa. A silky entry builds into a semi sweet, softly spiced, medium bodied style that is very raisiny and fruit cake like; a little broad at mid palate, though pleasantly spicy and with overall excellent balance. Finishes medium dry with an exceptionally long vanilla, raisin and cinnamon aftertaste. Great value ‘everyday’ drinking.
