Colosi Cariddi Bianco

The grapes for Cariddi Bianco come from vineyards in western Sicily, specifically around Sciacca (province of Agrigento) and Salemi (province of Trapani). These areas have clay-rich soils, which help give the grapes both good ripeness and balanced structure.

Pale straw yellow with green-tinged reflections. Fresh and aromatic with a noticeable bouquet of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit. In the mouth, crisp and refreshing, balanced acidity gives liveliness on the palate, while a savoury, slightly saline edge can linger into the finish.
