Made entirely from Pecorino sourced largely from the winery’s Offida vineyard, this is a bright straw yellow with greenish hues. Clearly evident fruity nuances of banana, pineapple and apple along with hints of cut grass. Remarkably fresh-tasting thanks to scents of white and yellow pulp fruit and vegetal nuances. Good structure and a lingering finish.
