Maison P-U-R Mouette & Chansons NV (Semi-Sweet)

The color is dark vermilion, with a very white foam and fine bubbles. The nose is very fruity, on cherries, strawberries and candy, with a touch of fermentation. The palate is round, very refreshing, with explosive fruit and pleasantly crackling bubbles. The taste buds are celebrating! The sugar is very discreet even though there is still 50 g/l. The finish is deliciously astringent, instantly thirsty, with this blend of fresh fruit and childish treats. Zero heaviness, 100% pleasure!
