70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, coming from C?te des Bars in southern Champagne. Aged for 24 months on its lees, this is an appealing, accessible champagne, fresh and floral on the nose with aromas of green and red apples, roses, and pot pourri, as well as yeasty biscuit and roasted almond aromas from the ageing process. A crisp, refreshing, fun champagne.
