Jamon Serrano – 100g Vacuum Packed

Serrano ham has a complex flavor and mild saltiness. Milder and less intense than Jamon Iberico, this ham is cured from white Duroc pork instead of the indigenous Iberico breed.

There are many ways to serve this all natural ham:

  1. On a charcuterie platter, with fresh baked bread and some freshly diced tomatoes (with a glass of wine of course)
  2. A bocadillo sandwich which is another classic Spanish treat – simply cut a fresh baguette in half, drizzle with olive oil and add sliced Serrano ham with some slices of Manchego cheese.
  3. Wrapped around melon
  4. Diced and cooked with vegetables
  5. Sprinkled on fresh salads
  6. Added to paella or pasta
