Grapes were macerated with their own skins for 11 days, comprises of Garnacha Blanca (35%), Malvasia (35%), Viura (20%) grape varieties and the remaining 10% of others such as Palomino, Torrontés or Maturana, from microplots planted between 1904 and 1945 in Cárdenas on very fine red clay soils. Hand-harvested from the vines aged over 70 years.
One third of the wine ages in barrel and the rest in stainless steel vats with its lees. Aromatic and with a marked herbal character (bay leaves, chamomile, mint), this is a dry, lively white. Notes of white and yellow flowers, ripe white fruit. In the mouth, citric, ripe, intense white fruit. Good acidity and length.
This Finca Blanco wine is aged for 16 months, 70% in stainless steel tanks with its lees and 30% in barrels. Production of 5,000 bottles.
