Hoshitori Green Star Junmai Daiginjo – 720ml

Specially designed sake based on the theme of ‘The Best Starry Sky in Japan’ in Tottori Prefecture. Melon-like aroma and crisp mouthfeel, aftertaste is clean and clear and you can feel the unique acidity by Fukura Shuzo. Subtle and elegant lighter style with complex rich herbal notes on citrus fruits. Although it is classified as junmai, its 50% rice polishing rate as Daiginjo grade makes it different from the other junmai sake. You can slowly enjoy this junmai in wine glass.
