Domaine Roches Neuves Outre Terre

Cuvee Outre Terre macerates for 8 months with its skin in 800-litre Georgian amphora and is then aged for 12 months. No sulfur nor filtration is used. Its nose expresses essentially floral aromas (peony). On the palate, the attack is ample, there is fine density, freshness and a nice finish.
