Domaine Du Pech Le Pech Abuse

Following fermentation stainless steel it’s been allowed to mature in large oak cask, or foudres as they’re known. Acquiring, along the way, a mellow garnet hue it’s also gained striking leathery and rich prune aromas to add to the plump fruity flavours. It finishes on a soft and ripe note nicely in keeping with the overall character of the wine.
