A very good example of a Southern French Voigniern with 10% oak aging. A bit more acidity would do it well. Medium lemon. In the nose, light intensity with green apple, pear, blossom, pineapple, lemon, brioche, yoghurt, vanilla, and cream. On the palate, medium intensity with vanilla, cream, oil, dried herbs, green apple, grapefruit, almonds, orange zest. Medium acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, dry. Medium finish with green apple, yoghurt and almonds.
