Myths & Legends I, created to change the perspective on individual casks, as they can be an unreliable authority for the style of a certain distillery. Nose: Apple turnover with vanilla custard, floral malt and honey. Palate: Creamy milk chocolate, with malt cereal and oak spice, with lots of cinnamon-spiced ripe pear. Finish: Dry oak on a creamy vanilla finish, with stewed orchard fruit and even more honey.
