Les Genets is a single-variety Rolle, planted on a cold, flinty limestone terroir which faces directly north towards the mountains. This parcel confers the perfect level of acidity to the wine. Star anise and white fruits emerge on the nose, leading into a deliciously spiced palate and a fine savoury finish.
