Our artisan mezcal of sustainable origin begins its story years before its distillation, in the field where the agave plant spends several years until it matures. A unique condition of agave distillates. Elemental Mezcal Espadín is the perfect option to enter the exciting category of mezcal, having a great balance, without being too strong or smoky, ideal for occasional drinkers or world-class bartenders.

Raw material: 100% Maguey Espadín (Agave Angustifolia) 8 to 10 years of maturation.

Vol. and % ABV: 700ml 40% ABV.

Tasting notes: Mezcal with spicy flavors with a slight bitter and sweet finish, which is typical of cooked agave. Intense vegetal and fatty flavor that reminds us of freshly harvested potatoes and chayote.
